Advanced 365 have a standard approach to all client engagements, based on industry best practice and years of experience, which ensures we offer an improved IT solution based on what was there previously. At the very least we offer IT services that deliver you at least the same level of service that you are currently receiving but for less cost!

The Advanced 365 approach to improvement is based on a 4 stage methodology that enables us to improve the outsourcing services you are receiving – both based on your IT service prior to engagement and as part of a continuous service improvement plan once you engage us to deliver a service.

Coming full cycle, the first steps we take in ensuring you receive improved IT outsourcing services encompasses two areas – Discovery and Design. The full range of managed services can be found in the What We Do section of the site but the next two tabs on this page provide more details on Discovery and Design.

We believe an initial discovery workshop with key stakeholders from both ourselves and the client will aid in the shape and format of the Design Phase. The output from the workshop will be a detailed proposal for the Design Phase including format, approach and confirmed costs.

As part of the discovery phase we recommend all clients undertake an IT Services Gap Analysis. This is a refined consultative approach designed to help Business, IT & Operational stake holders assess how appropriate, how resilient and how efficient the IT infrastructure is from a non-technical perspective. The aim of the gap Analysis is to deliver a detailed business-focused report with board-level recommendations.

The IT Services Gap Analysis is based on a 3 point plan where we review the current services being delivered by IT in relation to business requirements. The analysis focuses on 3 core areas:

The benefit to your organisation in undertaking an IT Services Gap analysis is that the Advanced 365 analysis looks to couple your IT requirements with your business needs so that the report will support the continued growth and development of your organisation.

The final report will aggregate the findings from the various work streams described above and outline a detailed design with timescales to move to a tailored managed service provided by Advanced 365. We will confirm all costs for the subsequent transition and the proposed managed service typically based on either a 3 or 5 year agreement.
