8th April 2010 – Business Systems Group Limited (BSG) is pleased to announce that our Principal SharePoint Architect, Nathaniel Suda, will be headlining the SharePoint 2010 Evolution Conference, held at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre from Monday 19th – Wednesday 21st April.
Nathaniel’s presentation will focus on one of BSG’s customers, a FTSE20 mining company requiring a way for local mine operations to easily create web sites to meet local regulations in a cost effective manner, while also enabling the local operations to retain autonomous control.
After reviewing a number of platforms, BSG recommended and built a SharePoint-based platform to host up to 180 websites. The solution uses a fascinating mix of features in SharePoint, including WCM, content deployment, scripted install and site creation and a number of usability-focused customizations.
As a Principal SharePoint Architect Nathaniel has helped BSG customers solve business problems using SharePoint's collaboration, WCM, business intelligence and workflow capabilities. Nathaniel also performs IT strategy consulting and has a keen eye to find areas where business can perform better through IT-enabled change. Nathaniel has done doctoral research at the University of Aberdeen and studied competitive strategy at the Kellogg School of Management.
