Our range of Support Services are on hand to meet your infrastructure and application needs; providing 24x7 cover, permanent on-site staff, on call staff or remote support with the expertise you require against a defined SLA.

We want to locate all or part of our IT within a state of the art data centre, but we want to operate it ourselves

Our ISO27001 certified data centre provides the non-stop environment you require. Remote and / or physical access to your own secure area ensures you have the control you require.

We want to host some or our entire web and inward facing applications and infrastructure within a state of the art data centre. We want it ALL to perform as though the state of the art data centre was in our own premises and we still want some level of control over our own IT

Our ISO27001 certified data centre provides the non-stop environment you require. Advanced 365's Hosting Services will provide an SLA that ensures your WAN or LAN extension connecting to the data centre is available and will also provide an SLA that ensures that not only your infrastructure, but also your applications are available. It is up to you how much responsibility you give us to operate your applications.

IT is not our business. Whether our IT is located within a data centre or on our premises we don't want to mange it. We want a managed service, so that our IT partner takes complete control and provides us a single SLA that ensures it does what we want it to do and if it doesn't we want compensating for our lost business.
