	Dean Dickinson Managing Director \| Public Sector & Enterprise Dean has been in the software industry since 1990. He has been a Director for over 10 years and has extensive experience of managing development and service delivery teams. He is Project Board sponsor for several large projects including NSS Scotland and works closely with C-level executives looking at Business Transformation throughout the public sector. He has been pivotal in developing staff and fostering a high level of independence and personal responsibility in order for the business to grow.
	Paul Gibson Finance Director Paul has been Finance Director since May 2002. His 19 years in financial management have included several as European Financial Director for a premier IT services provider. Paul has also held a number of senior finance positions at Oracle.
	Simon Fowler Managing Director \| Commercial Simon joined Advanced Business Solutions in 2010 as Operations Director before moving on to become Managing Director for the division. He has a long and successful career in the IT industry which includes 12 years at IRIS Software where he held divisional Managing Director roles. He has a strong knowledge of both the third and commercial sectors.
	Kevin Lyons Human Resources Director Kevin is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He began his career with Marks & Spencer. He joined the financial software industry in 1988 and Advanced Business Solutions in 2002.
