Financial management systems from COA Solutions help World Trade Group support ambitious growth plans
November 07 - Financial management software system provider COA Solutions (Now Advanced Business Solutions) has won a contract with international conference company, World Trade Group (WTG), to provide a new financial management software system. This system will support the company's ambitious growth plans and will also improve organisation-wide efficiencies.
29th November 2007 - Headquartered in the UK, with offices in Toronto and Germany, WTG required a business information solution that would radically improve its business reporting and analysis processes and provide a solid foundation for the company's planned year-on-year growth. Having tendered to various mid-market software providers, WTG chose COA Solutions' OpenAccounts 6 and eFinance software solutions due to their powerful data analysis capabilities, flexibility, competitive pricing and project-centric functionalities.
The web-based financial management system will give the company's commercial managers easier access to real-time corporate information and ultimately improve reporting and management of resources. In addition, the electronic approval capabilities of the eFinance system will enable managers to more effectively manage project resourcing.
Mike Harding, financial director of WTG commented, "WTG required a strong project-based system that would support the company’s progression towards a more structured and efficient business. COA Solutions will provide us with a robust financial system that will record orders, raise invoices, capture revenue and costs and provide comprehensive analysis. It will also be able to grow with the company and support other avenues of business in the future. Being a UK-based company, we felt assured that the COA Solutions team would be able to provide us with consistency both in terms of implementation and support."
Go-lives for the OpenAccounts and eFinance solutions are planned for January 2008.
