eLogistix

The eLogistix module offers users a simple, easy to use and understand web based browser interface. The module is designed to offer customers a high degree of flexibility for both intranet and extranet users. The system is built around a n-tier architecture in order to offer maximum scope in a cost effective way.

The design principles also allow screens to be configured to customer requirements.

Examples of web based forms include:

• eProcurement delivers purchase requisitions, data requests, transactions, enquiries and reports related to Purchase order Processing.
• eTimesheets and Expenses enables the entry of timesheets and expenses into the project and AP Ledgers.
• eReports and Enquiries, A range of advanced web enquiries include detail tabs and drilldown to detail.
• eGeneral Ledger delivers Data Requests, transactions, enquiries and reports related to the General Ledger.
• ePayables delivers Data Requests, transactions, enquiries and reports related to the AP Ledger.
• eReceivables delivers Data Requests, transactions, enquiries and reports related to the AR Ledger.
• eProjects delivers Data Requests, transactions, enquiries and reports related to the Project Ledger.
• eCustomer/Supplier Self Service, Some of the reports provided with eFinance have been designed as "self-service" reports to be run by your customers to show their own statement, or suppliers to run a report showing unapproved invoices.

In any organisation there is a unique set of practices and procedures for the passing of documents around the business. The functionality provided within some systems can often limit authorisation workflow to a restricted number of levels, therefore not providing the level of flexibility needed to reflect the structure and process requirements within the business.

Our workflow engine and is designed to enable the collection, handling, processing, auditing and delivery of data and documents, enabling the client to define the roles and responsibilities of users of the system and to define the routing of documents through and around the organization.

eLogistix is a range of functionality and extends the reach of the logistics system to remote users adding value to the Logistics function. We believe there is no need to change good practice and procedures or to retain many of the paper-based practices to "work around" the problem. An extensible development framework is provided by our architecture. This gives end users the ability to custom forms to their own requirements and to design completely new forms to be accessed via a browser front end.
