James Berry, Chief Technical Officer Originally a Director of Adastra, James achieved a first-class Honours Degree in Computer Sciences at the University of Southampton in 1995, finishing top of his year and winning the British Computer Society Prize for Outstanding Achievement. Now responsible for architecture and design, James adopts a hands-on approach to Advanced Health & Care’s development. |

Emma Dew, Marketing Director Emma leads the marketing teams across all products within Advanced Health & Care. With a career specialising in business to business Marketing and originally part of the Adastra business, Emma was pivotal in the creation of the Marketing function and is focused on supporting the growth of the division. |

Gary Drew, Director StaffPlan During a 20 year career, Gary has held a number of senior technical and commercial roles spanning various areas of the IT industry, covering both the corporate and not for profit sectors. Having worked on and successfully implemented many large and complex projects he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience across all areas of the IT function. Gary's key focus is to deliver quality products and services that continually evolve to the meet the needs of the customer and the market. |

David Fagg, Director of Services David joined the company in 1997, after a period of developing the Engineering Team to its current structure of nationally deployed 24x7 teams, Dave then helped to spread ITIL best practices throughout the company’s service support teams. David now assumes responsibility for Advanced Health & Care’s service teams, encompassing the Service Desk, Technical Services, Project Management and Consultancy. |

Anthony Hayes, Chief Information Officer Anthony was previously Network Manager at US Gold and holds various Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco technical certifications. He is responsible for operations within the company including both delivery and support. He provides central leadership for Project Management, Technical Services, Service Desk and Consultancy. A core part of his role is to focus on developing close relationships between departments he leads and other areas of Advanced Health & Care such as Development. |

Carrie Goodbourn, Business Development Director Carrie's experience spans over 20 years across Sales, Business Development and Product Management; including MD of Care Business Solutions Ltd, and most recently as Head of Product Management within the NFP Division of IRIS. Carrie joined the company in May 2009 to increase the Business Development capacity and identifying new opportunities for the company. Carrie brings to Advanced Health & Care her understanding of voluntary, private and public sector clients and experience of compiling best of breed business solutions. |

Nick Spratt, Sales Director Nick's entered the IT industry in 1996 as Care Sales Director for CS Group and IRIS having been Sales Director at Oxford Laboratories previously. Nick joined Advanced Health & Care in May 2009, he brings to the growing team his experience of large, complex IT projects with a particular focus upon medical, care and not-for-profit organisations. |

Dr Alex Yeates MB BS DRCOG, Medical Director In 1989 he was a cofounder of the pioneering Medway GP Co-operative (MEDDOC), the first of the Kent-based services which were to go on to establish a template for corresponding services to develop across the rest of the UK. Alex remains an active participant in the Medway service and chairs its Clinical Review Group. He has also participated in the Department of Health’s Committee for Safety of Medicines developing policy on extended nurse prescribing and in the out-of-hours Review Team examining OOH Medicines Supply. |
