Advanced Health & Care showcases innovative software solutions at E-Health Insider Live 2011
November 4 2011 – Advanced Health & Care (Advanced), a leading provider of IT management systems for the health and social care sectors, is exhibiting on stand E47 at E-Health Insider (EHI) Live 2011 at the NEC, Birmingham on November 7th and 8th. EHI Live is a two day conference and exhibition for the health IT community, which focuses on the latest developments in healthcare IT.
Advanced Health & Care delivers a broad range of innovative IT solutions for health and social care providers. This year, the organisation is highlighting iNurse, Adastra End of Life Care Register and Adastra as an NHS111 solution, which enables out of hours and urgent care providers to deliver fully integrated 111 services.
iNurse is a leading mobile patient management system for smartphones. The solution enables community services providers to improve productivity through reduced paperwork and travel time, whilst delivering timely patient care information thereby helping clinicians deliver the right care at the right time. iNurse comes from the same stable as iConnect which has already transformed mobile working in social care.
Advanced recently teamed up with a leading palliative care consultant to develop an End of Life Care Register (EOLCR) solution, which enables healthcare professionals to gain a complete and up-to-date picture of patients nearing the end of their life. The unique web-based solution enables patient records to be created, maintained and viewed securely from any N3-connected PC.
Jim Chase, Managing Director of Advanced Health & Care said: “Advanced Health & Care is one of the fastest growing IT companies in the healthcare sector today, so it’s important that we attend shows like E-Health Insider.
We will be demonstrating our full range of software solutions, which are key for delivering cost-effective and quality patient care. This is already demonstrated by organisations such as Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust, which has improved efficiencies, increased time spent with patients and reduced hospital admissions, thanks to the iNurse application.”
Advanced will also be showcasing Crosscare, a paperless clinical management system enabling hospices to report accurately on their activity for multiple sites and services.
