HSL acquired by Advanced Computer Software
November 2009 - Healthy Software has been acquired by Advanced Computer Software plc, (AIM:ASW, “ACS”, “the Group”), a leading provider of software and IT services to the Primary Care sector.
The addition of HSL and Crosscare to the Group builds on and complements ACS’s own End-of-Life & iNurse solutions, and the integration of Crosscare into the Group’s nationally available End-of-Life Register will enhance both products and provide a more comprehensive national solution.
Rob England, who remains as Managing Director of HSL, said “We see this as a very positive step in moving Crosscare to the next level. It will have a far wider audience and we will have access to more resources and opportunities as part of a fast growing innovative group of companies”.
