StaffPlan becomes part of Advanced Computer Software plc
July 2009 - We are delighted to announce that StaffPlan has concluded a transaction that will set it at the heart of a newly emerging group of companies coming together to become the leading force for IT in the health and social care sector.
The transaction will see StaffPlan adopted by Advanced Computer Software Group (ACS), an existing AIM-listed company. ACS is led by Vin Murria, who has a remarkable track record in developing successful groups of small companies which come together to achieve the sum-of-the-whole principles; and chaired by Michael Jackson, one of the founding Directors of Sage.
Under such accomplished leadership, StaffPlan and its customers will be in very good hands. StaffPlan’s products, services, and indeed its entire infrastructure, are unaffected by these developments. Mark Chapman will continue as Managing Director with the StaffPlan Board and the existing departmental teams
