StaffPlan and Saga Independent Living work together to provide better care
November 2009 - Advanced Computer Software plc Group (ACS) today announced that Saga Independent Living will implement StaffPlan Roster and StaffPlan Monitor to replace two existing systems and modernise their management of care worker deployment and monitoring.
This marks a significant step forward for Saga. With rostering and monitoring both managed within StaffPlan, planned versus actual attendance information will be recorded in real-time and without the risks and delays of transferring data between disparate systems. This means that Saga’s key performance indicators will also be measured in real-time and alarms will be triggered without any lag. StaffPlan’s automated roster optimisation tools will allow Saga to ensure that cost, efficiency and service are balanced to best effect.

There is nothing worse than trying to use a function on one system to be told that it does not work on the monitoring tool.
