CareSys Income
CareSys Income allows for unlimited types of income and unlimited sources of funding. Each organisation can have an unlimited number of funding streams from an unlimited number of funders, which can then be consolidated onto anumber of invoice processing options.
A key feature throughout CareSys Income is the ability for information to be securely shared across an organisation. In addition, the software supports fully centralised processing or fully distributed processing, or any combination of these options.
There are a host of key performance indicators available for invoice processing, including statistical analysis of fee sources and service types, and performance against budgets across any time frame.
To support the differing ways that income can be analysed there is a highly flexible categorisation of income, which feeds into the financial systems whether within CareSys or a third party system. In addition there are reports to measure the value of income in a number of different ways based on occupancy, or funding, or a combination of the two.
