Adastra Aremote is a robust and proven mobile solution designed specifically for duty GPs typically working from a car with a dedicated driver. Case details can be sent direct to a car-mounted and ruggedised device, including directions direct to TomTom. Different access levels allow the driver to view case status etc, but only the GP to have access to clinical information.
The system is extremely safe and reliable and is designed to work with any mobile phone network. All data transmitted is encrypted, using the same secure technology that is used by online banking services. Designed to operate even when no mobile signal is available Aremote is always ready for use.
Cases can be acknowledged and updated in the field and information automatically transmitted to the main station, ensuring that there is a constant flow of data to indicate where the clinician is, which cases have been received, acknowledged, outstanding, etc.
Ease of use features such as fast text help enter commonly-used phrases along with any free text. Predefined outcomes allow the final case status to be recorded quickly before sending it back to base. The product includes clinical coding, the recording of medical history and prescribing, plus stock control on drugs issued at the point of care.
Crucially, case details are promptly and automatically sent to the patient's own GP, updating them on the care provided and maintaining accurate and current patient data.
