iNurse is a safe and reliable mobile care solution that is proven to dramatically increase efficiency within nursing and community care teams, enabling them to deliver increased service levels, exceptional patient care and avoid unnecessary and costly admissions.
Case and patient details are sent direct to a windows mobile PDA or BlackBerry device. Users receive their visit list direct to the mobile device, avoiding the need to drive to base and substantially reducing travel time.
Mobile teams have access to essential data relating to the case, the patient and any previous care, and can simply and easily update details of their visit whilst out in the field. There is no need to return to base to update data and no need to dial in. iNurse is designed to operate even when no mobile signal is available, ensuring that the product is always operational.
Specifically designed for handhelds rather than laptops, iNurse is discrete and unobtrusive, allowing nurses to devote their uninterrupted attention to the patient, and offers low cost options for mobile devices.
Lone worker security is supported via the device and nursing teams feel real benefit both to themselves and to their patients.
iNurse employs secure web services and GPRS mobile data networks and only stores its information in its memory. There is no permanent database of information held in the device, so if it is lost or stolen, patient confidentiality is assured.
Consultation details are automatically transmitted back to the patient's GP to ensure continuity of care and accuracy of data.
