Advanced Health Checks is a software solution specifically designed to support NHS Health Checks (also known as Vascular Screening) which includes electronic messaging to GP surgeries.
The product is fully configured to support the NHS Health Checks programme and guide a pharmacist or other outreach worker through the required Cardiovascular Health Check process.
By default, the system uses the Framingham risk algorithm; however QRISK2 and JBS2 are also available. It includes a step-by-step process culminating in a visual representation of the patient's risk score. There is also a simple review mode that allows the person conducting the check to illustrate how lifestyle changes can impact the patient's risk score and improve their health and prevent illness.
