"Advanced Health & Care have
provided a solution to a significant
problem for the NHS, namely
widespread availability of information
across all health settings. If we are
to improve patients lives, we need to
ensure that up to date information
is available to all who need it. With
the implementation of the End of
Life Strategy, we need to be able to
provide the opportunity for patients
to choose where they would like
to die. These wishes need both to
be respected and to be available in
planned and emergency settings.
The End of Life Care Register at last
allows us to do this."
Dr Julian Abel,
Consultant in Palliative Care,
Weston Area Health Trust

The power and flexibility of Adastra has long been recognised by customers who have extended its use into a variety of other specialist services, including endoscopy, proactive health and wellbeing, long term conditions, and many more.
Adastra's versatility makes it a straightforward proposition in support of any service which requires the registration or recall of patient demographic details, optional user-defined service-specific data and patient requirements; the application of operational and/or clinical decision support; appointment booking or onward referral; mobile data; and coded clinical or non-clinical outcome recording.
Any or all data can automatically be sent on to a patient's own GP or other service agency, such as the patient's dentist for example. Adastra's powerful built-in reporting tools enable detailed reporting and analysis of service activity, including the ability to automatically run and send reports to commissioners or service managers.
