"We have more than achieved our project objectives with the implementation of Crosscare. We work with children and their families over long periods of time and Crosscare supports us in providing the best possible care through providing an integrated approach to the different care provision from multiple sites and services. In the future we will be able to analyse patterns of care for our families based on the recording of clinical notes. Hopefully this venture will mean that many more child hospices will benefit from the extended product and see the benefits to the essential services that they deliver."

The power and flexibility of Adastra has long been recognised by customers who have extended its use into a variety of other specialist services, including endoscopy, proactive health and wellbeing, long term conditions, and many more.
Adastra's versatility makes it a straightforward proposition in support of any service which requires the registration or recall of patient demographic details, optional user-defined service-specific data and patient requirements; the application of operational and/or clinical decision support; appointment booking or onward referral; mobile data; and coded clinical or non-clinical outcome recording. Any or all data can automatically be sent on to a patient's own GP or other service agency, such as the patient's dentist for example.
Adastra's powerful built-in reporting tools enable detailed reporting and analysis of service activity, including the ability to automatically run and send reports to commissioners or service managers.
