Vin Murria, CEO
Vin joined Advanced in August 2008 as Chief Executive Officer and has 25 years' experience of publicly listed companies and private equity experience focusing on the software sector. She was formerly Chief Operating Officer at Kewill Systems Plc, followed by Chief Executive Officer of Computer Software Group plc which merged with IRIS Software Group in 2007. Vin is a partner at Elderstreet Capital and a non-executive director of Greenko plc. |

Barbara Firth, CFO
Barbara has many years of experience in senior managerial and financial roles and was previously Chief Financial Officer of Computer Software Group plc where she worked closely with Vin Murria and Michael Jackson until its merger with IRIS Software Group in July 2007. Following the merger Barbara became Acquisitions and Integration Director of the combined group until joining Advanced in August 2009. |

Paul Gibson, COO
Paul was appointed to the Board in November 2012, having been Chief Operating Officer since 2010. Paul was Finance Director at COA Solutions for eight years before its acquisition by Advanced in 2010. Prior to that, he was European Finance Director of a NASDAQ-listed systems integrator and spent seven years with Oracle where his final role was the director responsible for establishing its European shared services centre in Dublin. |

Michael Jackson, Chairman
Michael was appointed Chairman of Advanced in August 2008 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He founded Elderstreet Investments Limited in 1990 and for the past 30 years has specialised in investing in the smaller companies sector. Michael was previously Chairman of The Sage Group plc, Computer Software Group plc and Party Gaming plc. |

Mike McGoun, Non-executive Director
Mike was appointed to the Board in November 2012 and will chair the Remuneration Committee. After 10 years at IBM, Mike co-founded a successful ComputerLand franchise in 1984. In 1994 he moved to SkillsGroup plc as a main board director, with responsibility for corporate development, and later as a non-executive director. He is non-executive Chairman of Tikit plc. |

Guy Millward, Non-executive Director
Guy was appointed to the Board in November 2012. He was Group Finance Director of Alterian Plc from 2011 until its acquisition by SDL Plc and Group Finance Director of Morse Plc from 2009 until its acquisition by 2e2. Guy previously spent nine years at Kewill plc, seven years as Group Finance Director. He is Chief Financial Officer of BigHand, a digital dictation workflow software provider. |
