Acquisition of Computer Software Holdings for £110m Advanced Computer Software Group plc, (AIM: ASW, 'ACS', 'the Group;'), has acquired Computer Software Holdings ('CSH') from HgCapital LP ('Hg') for £110m in cash. The transaction has been financed through ACS’s existing cash resources, by a recent share placing that raised £44m (gross), and by new bank debt.

Bluebird Care (Taunton) invests in a mobile monitoring solution to ensure continuity of care in flood risk area. Bluebird Care (Taunton) has invested in a mobile monitoring solution, iConnect, from Advanced Heath & Care (Advanced) to improve the way it manages home care workers in the Taunton area. The iConnect solution, which was provided to care workers on 1 February 2013, will also assist with contingency planning in Taunton's flood prone areas. This news follows the announcement that Bluebird Care (Bath and North East Somerset) has provided its 60 care workers with Advanced's iConnect solution.

North Staffs Urgent Care Ltd (NSUC) has gone live with access to the Summary Care Record (SCR), facilitated by an upgrade to their Adastra Out-of-Hours Patient Management System. A strenuous good cause. The Burnley v Chelsea premiership match on 30th January was marked by presentation of the £19,000 proceeds of a charity cycle marathon from Bordeaux to Burnley by 20 of the Club's keenest supporters last April. The end-of-season ride is an annual event and has now raised over £150,000 for the Club's youth scheme and for local and national charities.
